“There is an air of something very classic and French yet the mentality is rock and roll, which speaks to me.” says Erin Wasson of French label, Zadig & Voltaire in this week’s Editors Picks on Net-A-Porter.
Make sure you check out the superbly relaxed Erin Wasson for Zadig & Voltaire capsule collection on Net-A-Porter, including a video of the shoot.

OMG! WOW! Gossip Girl’s, Blake Lively looks simply amazing in this Lanvin outfit at the Spike TV Screen Awards in L.A. I love the contrast of fabric and leather, bolstered by shades of taupe and tan.

It’s hard to believe it’s only been a year since The Outnet graced our online presence with fabulous bargains on designer labels. In this time the Net-A-Porter outlet spin-off has allowed us to pick up the likes of Halston, Balmain and Pucci for a fraction of the retail price.
House of Turtle would like to say thanks to The Outnet – you rock our world… and of course, Happy Birthday! Looking forward to many more years ahead.

PS. For those who RSVP’d, don’t forget The Outnet $1 sale is on today!
Lady Gaga continues to create a stir with her scribbled messages of love to her fans (she calls them little monsters) on her Hermes Birkin bag.
Twitter was abuzz with messages of love and hate. Some think it’s super cool (I won’t use their exact words as quite frankly a lot of them would get blocked by your mail marshal), others think it’s not only a crime of fashion but an outrage that she would “vandalise” a 3000 pound hand made handbag.
Personally, I still think it rocks. It’s her bag… she can do what she wants with it! And I’m picking it will one day be a collectors item and fetch a pretty penny. Maybe she’ll donate the money to charity.
